Easily create paper patterns with seam allowance. Made for cutting paper patterns. Cannot cut fabric. Use with a utility knife (not included). Lock the tip of the blade in place and follow the stitch line for a perfect seam allowance. Tool is marked with .25" to 1.25" seam allowance.
