Watercolor Pencils on Fabric Technique, 5/31/2025, 11am-4pm

Students will learn several watercolor pencil techniques to be used on fabric along with ways to use them for other projects.  One technique sheet has been printed on fabric to start the student with 9+ techniques.  Then as a class, we will use those techniques on a pre-embroidered bird. Lastly, the student will choose from a group of pre-stitched embroidery designs from the instructor to encourage learned techniques and creative painting. These techniques can later be used in future classes or student's art quilts. This class will be taught by Angela McPherson. Items to bring: Watercolor Pencils or Water- Water-soluble Crayon set(s) you have purchased. Angela suggests the Zenacolor watercolor pencils, the Neocolor II water soluable crayon, or the Inktense watercolor pencils. Wear old clothes or an apron (I will have a few aprons if you forget) A big smile and be prepared to have fun and relax
