This is a monthly club that teaches new techniques and encourages you to think of your serger before just going to the sewing machine. This month's project will be knit hats that will be donated (if you wish) to the hospital for newborns. Sewing knits is where the serger really shines. Supplies: * 10" X 20" Rectangle of knit fabric. Maximum stretch should be along the 20" side * Scrap of contrasting knit for ruffled flower - 1.5" X 13" * Matching decorative thread * 3 Cones of serger thread * Basic serging and sewing supplies Meets monthly, 2nd Tuesday.
